Q: What is “DTF Transfer”?
A: DTF or Direct-to-File, is a printing process that involves printing a design onto a file and then transferring the design to a fabric or other material using a heat press machine.
Q: What do you mean by embroidery designs are about 5'x7' hoop size for chest design and 4'x4' hoop size for right/left chest design?
A: That means the design dimensions will not be exactly the same as the hoop size, it will be under based on the embroidery machine type and capabilities. Hope to grow and expand in the future to embroider larger sizes.
Q: What other embroidery products to you provide?
A: We can do custom Patches with iron-on adhesive backing. Patch designs are based on 4'x4' hoop size. Patch is sent to you as a final finished product for you to apply to desired item. The starting price of $10.00 is for an existing design we have posted. If you have a custom request that requires design to be professional digitized, additional one-time setup fees may apply. Patches can be sewn-on, ironed-on or glued-on with fabric permanent adhesive. We prep the patches for iron-on application and provide instructions based on the iron-on adhesive brand we use. We are not responsible for patches once they are applied. Based on our experience with mockups and testing, we do strongly recommend adding a fabric permanent adhesive to and/or around the edges of the patch in addition to iron-on application. Follow the instructions on the fabric permanent adhesive you purchased as all brands are different. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of the embroidery process and materials, please keep in mind there may be imperfections and not all finished products will be exactly the identical due to thread colors, material, etc.
